Simbavati Waterside Safari Villa - Klaserie, South Africa
My client owns the Simbavati Waterside Lodge in Hoedspruit, South Africa. He is in the process of refurbishing the entire site. I have been commissioned to design a separate 5-bedroom 5-bathroom villa on site to complement the existing buildings already there.
The Simbavati Waterside Game Lodge is in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve which borders the Kruger National Park. It is set within lush bushveld with wild game including the big 5 roaming freely across the site. The lodge overlooks a dam where animals come to drink.
The new villa contains a main building with kitchen catering facilities and one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. 4 separate chalets will fan out either side of the main house. Each bedroom has large windows maximising the breathtakingly beautiful views over the bushveld. Externally the main house has a rim flow pool, deck and boma fire pit.
