Egham Back Extension
By infilling an unused outside space of 3x3m our clients created a bright and spacious bbq/entertaining room overlooking the sunny garden. We incorporated areas of the existing garage and utility room to maximise the living space. The use of bi-folding doors seamlessly integrate inside with outside spaces whilst a part of the smaller garage now houses the utility room. A ground floor shower room has been added to the existing toilet for ease of use of one of the clients who is an ultra runner.
