Staines-Upon-Thames L-shaped back extension and dormer loft conversion
We helped our clients convert this 3-bedroom semi-detached property in Staines into a spacious 5-bed property. On the ground floor we applied for planning permission for a L-shaped wrap around side and back extension to create an open plan kitchen diner with separate cloak- and utility rooms. We applied for permitted development to create two more bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom in the loft.
