Johannesburg Extension
Our client purchased this 1980's Spanish style villa in the suburb of Boskruin, Randburg and wanted to create some alterations and also update the entire property. We used extensive 3d modelling to visualise the design for the client and managed to create living spaces suited to the outdoor living the Johannesburg climate lends itself to.

We used the scans of the original hand drawn plans of the house to build a 3d model of the existing house that we could later modify into our proposed designs.

We proposed adding a new open plan living room which would link the existing kitchen, entrance foyer and formal lounge together. New bi-fold doors open onto a new undercover barbecue area which creates an outdoor dining/entertaining area next to the existing swimming pool.
The new utility room flows through to the study which in turn links to the garages, allowing easy delivery of groceries from the cars.
