Exploring options for Gebler Tooth Architects for a private developer client to maximise the return on his land in Bracknell.


This particular house type is type 18 and consists of a spacious 500 square metre 6-bedroom property with basement parking for two vehicles. The properties have generous back gardens. 

To maximise the size of the rear gardens we have pushed the houses close to the road and two houses each have use of a shared ramped driveway into the basement parking.


There is a grassed verge that provides an additional two off-street car parking spaces to the front of each house.

A green wall is included on each house to break up the large expanse of wall overlooking the ramps as well as aiding in the overall sustainability rating of the houses.
